Recruitment Consultants and Candidate Resourcers

Gather is an exciting new company focused on recruitment for the Mining & Resources, Engineering & Technology, Environment & Water and Executive sectors


As we expand, we are seeking experienced recruiters and candidate resourcers to join our team in Perth. Ideally you will have at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, although senior consultants with 8+ years are also encouraged to apply.

About You:

  • Possess a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, preferably within our key industry sectors.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in relevant recruitment systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn etc
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently but with plenty of support.
  • No ego and keen to work hard and have fun as well
